Dawlish Warren is a popular holiday area, specialising in chalet, caravan and camping holidays for families. The extensive beach is a designated Eurobeach. A walk out the end of the Warren itself, the sand bar across the mouth of the river Exe, takes you away from humanity to possibly the best bird-watching site along the stretch of Coast Path.
