Overbeck's Garden South Devon
photo

Situated at the mouth of the Salcombe estuary, Overbeck's Garden and Museum is a National Trust Property. It belonged to the scientist Otto Overbeck between 1928 and 1937 and the museum includes many late-19th century photographs of the local area.

The gardens have a micro-climate with the result that many rare plants and shrubs can be seen, together with wonderful views over the river estuary.

A CDROM version of the PhotoTour with over 540 high-quality photos of larger size is available from the Association's shop.
