As you climb up West Cliff to the top of Portland (known as Tophill) you will pass this fine Sculpture. Called The Spirit of Portland, it shows the twin industries of the Isle; fishing and quarrying. The Coast Path continues on higher affording a fine view of Chesil Beach.
